Rosa’s Thai gains £10m Barclays backing

The fresh funds will be used for its pipeline of new openings.

Thai restaurant group Rosa’s Thai has secured £10m bank facilities from Barclays to fuel its expansion plans.

"I'm delighted with the result of our recent refinance, undertaken during what is still a very challenging period for the sector. It's great to be able to look ahead with increased confidence for the future and I am very much looking forward to partnering with Barclays as we continue to grow the business,” Finance Director Tsara Taylor said.

Rosa’s Thai, which is also backed by restaurant group TriSpan, operates 33 restaurants across England and Wales. The restaurant group previously announced that it will open new restaurants in Reading, Glasgow, Oxford, and Leamington Spa.
