Americana Restaurants posts 15.7% profit growth in H1 2025

Earnings per share were at $0.011.

Americana Restaurants reported a 15.7% rise in net profit for the first half of 2025 (H1 2025), reaching $92.5m.

Revenue grew 15.6% year-on-year (YoY) to $1.217b, whilst EBITDA increased 17.9% to $274.9m.

During H1 2025, the company opened 36 new outlets and integrated 46 additional restaurants from Pizza Hut Oman, bringing the total store count to 2,638 across 12 countries.

In July, Americana signed a deal to exclusively operate stores for Athens-based brand carpo—known for nuts, chocolates, and coffee—in Kuwait and Qatar, with plans to expand to Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Earnings per share rose 15.8% to $0.011.
