The brands are set to share their experience growing their brands in Australia and beyond.
Four of the fastest-rising brands in the quick-service restaurant industry will take centre stage at the Next-Gen QSR Panel during the upcoming QSR Media Conference & Awards 2025 powered by Red Bull, offering a rare inside look into the strategies driving their success.
The panel will feature Charlie Hachem, co-founder of Piccolo Me, an Australian cafe brand who's embarking on its expansion beyond Australia; Jordan Hayek, co-founder of Japanese and Mexican fusion QSR brand TokyoTaco; Rachel Korbel, Chief Marketing Officer of viral chicken tenders brand Pappa Flock; and Oliver Allis, Brand Director of the Gen-Z frozen yogurt phenomenon YO-CHi
The session will explore how each brand captured market attention, gained cultural traction, and built lasting momentum in an increasingly competitive QSR landscape.
The QSR Media Conference & Awards will be held on 13 October at the Hilton Sydney Hotel, in Sydney, Australia.
