Chili’s plots UK takeover, seeks franchise partners
Franchisees would receive support from a global team of over 20 specialists.
US casual-dining chain Chili’s is seeking franchise partners as it plans to enter the UK market.
The restaurant concept focuses on a lively American-style dining setting and a straightforward menu aimed at attracting a wide customer base, according to an announcement from The Franchising Centre.
Franchisees would receive support from a global team of more than 20 specialists.
The brand also offers outlet formats ranging from 100 to 400 square metres and a technology platform intended to support customer communication and increase loyalty.
Chili’s said it also provides ongoing menu and marketing development, including new food items, promotional platforms, and branding updates, whilst allowing flexibility to adjust menus to local consumer preferences.
Founded in Texas in 1975 and now owned by Brinker International, Chili’s serves more than one million customers globally each day.
Its menu centres on Southwestern- and Texas-style dishes alongside standard American casual dining items.
