Luckin Coffee’s revenue surges by 47.1% YoY in Q2 2025
This was due to a rise in sales volume.
Luckin Coffee reported revenue of $1.72b (RMB12.36b) in the second quarter, up by 47.1% year-on-year (YoY) from the same period last year.
The growth was largely due to a rise in sales volume, driven by its expansion and an increase in active customers.
Revenues from self-operated stores grew 45.6% YoY to $1.27b (RMB9.14b).
Same-store sales growth for self-operated stores rose 13.4%, an improvement from 8.1% growth in the previous quarter.
The company added 2,109 stores, comprising 2,085 in China (including Hong Kong), six in Singapore, 16 in Malaysia, and two in the U.S.
As of the end of June, Luckin operated 26,206 outlets in total, comprising 16,968 self-operated stores and 9,238 franchised stores, which represented a store unit growth of 8.8% from the previous quarter.
