Black Sheep Coffee lands at Derby's Derbion Shopping Centre
The outlet forms part of the company's focus on student markets and Gen Z.
Black Sheep Coffee will open a new outlet at Derbion Shopping Centre in Derby on 7 July 2026 as part of its continued expansion across the UK.
The store is located opposite the shopping centre's cinema, close to the food court, within one of the East Midlands' largest retail destinations.
The new site has been designed to accommodate a range of customers, including commuters, students, shoppers, and cinema-goers, with seating suitable for coffee breaks, informal meetings, and study sessions.
The opening also reflects the company's focus on locations with large student populations and Gen Z appeal. Derby is home to one of the UK's largest universities.
The outlet features Black Sheep Coffee's graffiti-inspired interior design and will operate throughout the day.
The store will offer the company's standard menu, including speciality-grade Robusta coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, Norwegian waffles, all-day breakfast dishes, and bakery items.
