Karali Group acquires 46 Taco Bell restaurants

The group recently acquired Crosstown Doughnuts.

Karali Group through its subsidiary, Karali QSR has purchased 46 Taco Bell restaurants from Taco Bell Europe

According to Law firm Freeths who advised Karali QSR on the acquisition, the deal will also provide Taco Bell in the UK with a robust financial footing for the future.

This comes after another subsidiary of Karali Group, Karali Snacks, acquired Crosstown Doughnuts early June.
