Oliver’s CFO resigns

Steve Metter will assume the role of interim CFO.

Rob Ross-Edwards has resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer for Oliver’s Real Food Limited.

“The Board takes this opportunity to thank Rob for his contribution and guidance over the past 3.5 years and the Company wishes him well with his future endeavours,” the announcement said.

Board member Steve Metter (Head of Audit and Risk Committee) will assume the role of interim CFO and work closely with Rob and his support team over the coming three months
to ensure a smooth transition as Oliver’s seeks a new replacement.
