Pizza Hut UK launches nationwide staff training drive
Training will cover food preparation, service standards, teamwork, and communication.
Pizza Hut will introduce a nationwide training programme for staff at its dine-in restaurants this summer as part of an investment in employee development, restaurant operations, and food quality.
The programme will take place across all Pizza Hut dine-in restaurants on 19 July, with employees from every location taking part.
Training will cover restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, teamwork, and communication.
The company said the programme is intended to maintain consistent food quality, with a particular focus on its Pan Pizza and ensuring pizzas meet its standards across all locations.
To allow all staff to participate, Pizza Hut restaurants will open one hour later than usual on 19 July, with restaurants beginning service at 12 pm.
Pizza Hut said the session is also designed to bring together employees from across its restaurants and support staff development.
The company plans to make the programme an annual event as part of its wider employee training and development programme.
