Domino’s Pizza Group announces board changes

Recently, a director resigned from the board.

Domino’s Pizza Group has made several changes to its board members.

Natalia Barsegiyan has been appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee whilst Tracy Corrigan was appointed as Chair of the Sustainability Committee.

Ian Bull has been appointed as the designated non-executive director for workforce engagement.

Last year, DPG announced that one of its directors, Stella David, had resigned due to her appointment as interim CEO of Entain plc.
