Chopstix enters France with first restaurant opening in Paris
The chain aims to open 50 restaurants in France within three years.
Chopstix is opening its first Paris restaurant in the Bastille area, at 58 rue du Faubourg Saint-Antoine (12th arrondissement).
The opening marks the UK-based chain's first entry into France, with plans to open 50 restaurants within three years.
Chopstix has set up a local head office and team to manage its French operations.
The expansion is being carried out with QSRP, which will support the rollout in France and other European markets.
Chopstix plans to begin expanding in France in the second half of 2026, starting in the Île-de-France region and later moving into other parts of the country.
Different store formats will be used depending on location.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Chopstix operates over 170 restaurants across the UK and Ireland.
