Greggs open its first champagne bar in Fenwick Newcastle

Bookings are available until 31 December.

Greggs has opened its first champagne bar in Fenwick Food Hall on Newcastle’s Northumberland street, which was inspired by the 1920s Paris wine bars and the champagnes from France and Italy.

Greggs Champagne Bar will serve menu items all specially adapted by Fenwick Executive Head Chef Mark Reid.

Moreover, they have also paired their menu of rolls and bakes with handpicked champagnes that customers can avail of either by bottle or glass.

Customers can also avail cocktails inspired by Greggs sweet treats, such as Yum Yum Twist, a sugar-glazed cocktail crafted with rum and real Yum Yums priced at £11 and Cream Éclair, which features a vanilla vodka and dark chocolate liqueur for £12.

Moreover, they also offer Peach Melba, a non-alcoholic blend of peach and cream for £7 and the Pink Jammie Fizz, a raspberry and apple topped with prosecco for £11.

Bookings are available only until 31 December.

The new champagne bar will be open every day from 11:30 AM. until 6 PM (7 PM on Thursdays and 4 PM on Sundays).
