Tortilla adds Adobo Burrito to new winter menu

UK-headquartered Mexican chain Tortilla has announced the reveal of its brand-new Winter Edit menu.
The limited-edition lineup is all about smoky depth, sweet indulgence and vibrant festive twists, with the Humble Adobo Burrito, a new set recipe featuring the latest menu additions, taking centre stage as the dish you won’t want to miss.
This year’s Winter Edit introduces a rich and irresistible collection of flavours, starting with Tortilla’s delicious new BBQ Adobo Chicken. Roasted and coated in a smoky, sweet adobo marinade with a mild chipotle heat.
Adding even more depth is the Thiccc Sauce Chilli Cacao Mayo, a luxuriously complex blend of chipotle, chocolate and cinnamon softened into a creamy, crowd-pleasing sauce.
For a bright, tangy hit, the menu features Fermented Purple Carrots, the perfect crunchy contrast to all those indulgent winter flavours.
Joining the lineups is the Dessert Quesadilla, which is a dulce de leche, cream cheese and banana melted between a soft flour tortilla and dusted with icing sugar.
Tortilla has also launched a Spiced Apple Margarita that pairs crisp tequila with cosy apple notes and a kick of Tajin, creating the perfect seasonal cocktail to sip alongside your winter feast.
“This menu is everything people love about winter comfort food, but with a Tortilla twist,” James Garland, Director of Food at Tortilla, said.
To celebrate the launch, Burrito Society loyalty members can enjoy the new Dessert Quesadilla for just £2, which usually costs £3.50 in store and £3.95 on delivery, with any main meal from Tuesday 18 to Sunday 30 November.
