McDonald’s announces 4 Quarter Pounder variants in winter menu update
It will be available starting 7 August.
McDonald’s announced that there will be four variations of its Quarter Pounder this winter.
Aside from the signature Quarter Pounder and the Double Quarter Pounder, the brand is launching for the first time the Quarter Pounder BBQ Bacon and Crispy Onions featuring 100% Aussie beef and pickles, cheese, bacon and golden crispy onions topped with tasty barbeque sauce.
The winter menu update will also see the return of the Quarter Pounder Deluxe. McDonald’s will also bring back the Mozzarella Sticks with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
“Our winter menu is all about adding a seasonal touch on Macca’s classic flavours – debatably, it doesn’t get more iconic than the Quarter Pounder,” Liz Whitbread, Senior Brand Manager for McDonald’s Australia said. “With fresh twists on one of our most loved burgers, featuring exciting new flavour combinations and quality ingredients, we’re warming up Macca’s winter menu and satisfying those cravings this season.”
The new winter menu will be available starting 7 August.
