Just Eat Takeaway.com to delist from London Stock Exchange on 27 December

The company’s primary trading venue will now be Euronext Amsterdam.

Just Eat Takeaway.com announced that the company is set to delist from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) on 27 December with the last date of shares on the LSE being 24 December.

The company said that this is "to reduce the administrative burden, complexity, and costs associated with the disclosure and regulatory requirements of maintaining the LSE listing, and in the context of low liquidity and trading volumes of shares.”

Following the LSE delisting, it will no longer be possible to trade shares on the LSE, and the company will maintain the primary listing of its shares on Euronext Amsterdam.

Per the UK listing rule, the company is required to give at least 20 business days' notice of the intended voluntary LSE delisting.
