UK QSR founders share growth lessons at QSR Media UK Redcat Conference & Awards 2026
The founders of SushiDog, B Bagel, and Urban Barista are joining the conference.
Three of the UK's emerging quick-service and fast-casual founders will take the stage at the QSR Media UK Redcat Conference & Awards 2026, offering firsthand insights into building and scaling food brands in one of the world's most competitive restaurant markets.
The Founders Panel will feature Nick Goldstein, Co-Founder of SushiDog, a London-based fast-casual brand that has grown from a single Westfield kiosk to multiple central London sites on the back of demand for made-to-order, grab-and-go sushi rolls. Joining him is Yoav Baumgarton, Founder of B Bagel, a premium bagel brand carving out its position in the UK food-to-go market, and Huw Wardrope, Co-Founder and CEO of Urban Barista, a specialty coffee chain focused on scalable café operations and site-led growth.
The session will explore the realities of brand building beyond the concept stage, covering execution, decision-making under pressure, and how to scale without losing what makes a brand worth following in the first place.
