Subway launches Shawarma Spiced Chicken menu nationwide
Oven cooked thigh pieces feature a blend of turmeric and paprika.
Subway has launched its newest sub, the Shawarma Spiced Chicken as part of its spring menu limited-time offer.
The new sandwich is made with oven-cooked chicken thigh pieces, marinated for a minimum four hours in an blend of cumin, coriander, turmeric and paprika.
The new sub comes in a footlong or 6’’ Sub version, a wrap, a salad, or a jacket potato.
The brand is also releasing a new plant-based option, the Smashed Falafel, made with green chickpeas and flavoured with parsley, coriander, and cumin. It’s also available as a snack bag, featuring six falafels served with a dip of choice.
Adding to the new spring menu is the Yogurt, Mint & Garlic Sauce that combines the fresh tang of yogurt balanced with mint and garlic, plus bursts of flavour from diced gherkins. The brand is also bringing back the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie for the new spring LTO.
