The Sushi Co to open seven new sites by end-2025

Franchised live kitchens will open in Basildon, Sidcup, and Worthing, amongst others.

The Sushi Co has confirmed it will add seven new locations by the end of 2025.

New franchised live kitchens are set to open in Basildon, Sidcup, Worthing, Islington, Hendon, Dalston, and Redhill in the coming months.

“The new openings agreed means we are on target to have 30 live kitchens open by the end of the year,” said Raheel Choudhary, co-founder of The Sushi Co. 

“We also have other deals in the pipeline ready for 2026, all with the aim of reaching 100 UK restaurants by the end of 2030.
