Sticks'n'Sushi posts £86.8m revenue in 2024

The chain is targeting expansion in the north of England and Europe in 2026.

Sticks'n'Sushi reported a revenue of £86.8m for the period between 16 January 2024 and 31 December 2024.

Adjusted EBITDA was at £6.6m.

Sticks'n'Sushi also opened new locations in Richmond, Islington, and Battersea Power Station.

Beyond expansion, the company also invested on updates, including a full refurbishment of its Valby site, launched a new website late in the year, and a 37% increase in its B2B catering business.

“We are well placed to extend our presence across the UK and Europe with Glasgow opening later this year and further openings anticipated in 2026 in the north of England and Europe,” said Andreas Karlsson, CEO of SticksʹnʹSushi.
