wagamama unveils new Korean menu

The new menu is based on recent social trends.

wagamama has launched its own Korean menu, adapting to recent trends in the market.

According to wagamama's global executive chef, Steve Mangleshot, the new menu is designed to nourish and rejuvenate guests whilst tapping into cultural and social trends that have been exciting people in 2023.

"For this reason, we have been inspired by mouthwatering Korean flavours and street foods. Our test kitchen is constantly working to create innovative, sustainable and groundbreaking dishes and our chefs are excited to showcase their skills and serve up the new dishes,” Mangleshot said.

The new menu features hot spots, donburis, and vegan K-dogs. Consumers can also avail of new sides from crispy and flaky rotis with raisukatsu sauce for dipping, and king oyster mushroom skewers.

wagamama has also expanded its dessert offering to include chouxnuts with filling choices of either sweet matcha or kuromitsu black honey.
