Domino’s ANZ CEO Kerri Hayman to step down in August

The company has also appointed Greg Steenson as the new COO for Australia.

Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited announced that ANZ CEO Kerri Hayman will step down in August 2025, nine months after being appointed in the role.

“I’ve been privileged to serve the Domino’s brand for 37 years—my entire working life—across Australia, the UK, and the USA,” Hayman said. “This is the right time for me to take the next step in my journey.”

Hayman first joined Domino's Australia as COO in October 2023

Kerri has over 35 years of hands-on experience in the pizza business. One of her memorable leadership roles was becoming the operations director for Domino’s Pizza Group plc. After that, she owned and operated 14 Domino’s restaurants in South Carolina and Georgia in the US for nearly a decade.

Hayman will remain in her role through 29 August to support continuity, leadership transition, and the delivery of Domino’s new strategic plan, the "Recipe for Growth."

The company has commenced an international recruitment process, including internal candidates, to support a smooth transition to new leadership in the months ahead.

In November last year, Hayman's brother, Don Meij, announced his retirement as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises.

Moreover, Domino’s has appointed former franchise partner Greg Steenson as COO for Australia, effective immediately.

Steenson transitioned from franchising to lead a turnaround of corporate stores in 2022 and was later named Head of Operations for Australia and New Zealand in 2024.
