Chopstix locks in 15-year deal for flagship Glasgow site

It is located at 203 Argyle Street, an area known as “Four Corners.” 

Chopstix has signed a 15-year lease for a site at 203 Argyle Street in Glasgow, an area locally known as “Four Corners.”

The company plans to open a flagship restaurant at the location.

The new outlet will be its fifth in Glasgow, adding to existing branches in Sauchiehall Street, St Enoch Square, Braehead, and Silverburn.

The expansion follows investment in the business from European quick-service restaurant platform QSRP in October 2024.

Since then, the company has been pursuing further site openings in the UK and Europe, focusing on busy, high-footfall locations such as Argyle Street.
