Booker brings Summer savings with new food and drink guide
Booker has also expanded its Food to Share range with three new items.
UK foodservice wholesaler Booker has extended its value campaign by locking prices on over 600 products until 8 September 2026, alongside the launch of its Summer 2026 Food and Drink Guide.
The second phase of the Value Locked campaign covers a range of branded products and Booker's own-label lines, targeting caterers, chefs, and foodservice operators looking to manage costs.
The new Summer Food and Drink Guide focuses on menu ideas around sharing occasions, with platters, grazing boards, and small plates.
Booker has also expanded its Food to Share range with three new products: Waffle Fries, Potato Pops, and Mini Brie Bread Rolls.
Sold under the Chef’s Menu own-label range, the products are designed for sharing menus, small plates, takeaway, and casual dining formats.
The frozen range uses portion-controlled products aimed at helping kitchens reduce waste whilst maintaining consistency and speed of service.
Booker said the format also aligns with changing consumer habits, including demand for smaller portion options.
The current Food to Share range includes 20 products, including Pork and Nduja Meatballs, Breaded Mozzarella Sticks, Garlic Mushrooms, Frickles, Nacho Cheese Triangles, and Breaded Jalapeño Peppers, which can be used across sharing platters, snack menus, and casual dining occasions.
Alongside its food range, Booker has introduced a selection of disposable packaging and kitchen essentials for takeaway and on-the-go operators.
The range includes bagasse containers, plant fibre food boxes, kraft burger boxes, boat trays, and bowls.
