What to expect with the new Grill’d app

The new Grill’d app will feature faster ordering and easier access to its loyalty programme.

Grill’d has released a new IOS and Android app.

Created by global digital agency DEPT, the app aims to help Grill’d fuel its rapid expansion in home and in-restaurant menu selection and ordering.

The app will have a revised ordering system for food and convenience. The new app will also let users easily access benefits in Grill’ds loyalty programme Relish. The new Grill’d app will also integrate the brand’s community engagement programme, Local Matters.

Aside from a new app, Grill’d is also redesigning its website. This will allow customers to order their favourites, cater parties, and donate to Local Matters, all in one place.

“Grill’d is currently enjoying a period of great growth, so our digital customer experience must keep up with this development. Holistic digital solutions are imperative to engage our customers, so there is a heavy focus on this area within 2024, our 20th business’ year of operation”, said Anna Pearce,  Head of Digital and Relish at Grill’d.
