atis takes full control of ordering with new customer app
The app is set to launch on app stores in early May.
Food-to-go brand atis will launch its first customer app in May, moving its ordering and loyalty functions in-house as it seeks greater control over its digital operations.
The app has been developed internally over the past 18 months using atis’ own technology, allowing the company to manage click-and-collect orders, rewards, and the full customer journey without relying on third-party platforms.
Currently, about half of atis’ orders are placed online, a share that the company expects to grow once the app goes live.
The system combines ordering, loyalty, and rewards in one place, enabling the business to track customer behaviour more directly and use that data to adjust its menu and offerings.
The app is linked to a new loyalty scheme, atis Insiders, which includes features such as order-ahead pickup, rewards accumulation and redemption, saved custom orders, and access to limited-time or secret menu items.
The rollout is part of atis’ broader 2026 plans focused on digital development and customer engagement.
To promote the launch, the company will run a London-wide campaign involving 100 QR codes hidden across the city, each linked to free meals for those who find them first.
Users who download the app during its launch month will also be offered £5 off their first order.
The app is set to launch on app stores in early May 2026.
