McDonald’s top YouGov SG and MY QSR rankings for 2024

The restaurant had an index score of 31.9 and 27.3 in both countries, respectively. 

McDonald’s emerged as the top restaurant in Singapore and Malaysia, recording an index score of 31.9 and 27.3, respectively, according to YouGov APAC QSR Rankings 2024.

In Singapore, the second highest scorer was Din Tai Fung with 23.9, followed by Subway (19.5), Starbucks (19.3), and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (18.6).

Hai Di Lao was in sixth place with 18.3, followed by Crystal Jade (16.7), Burger King (16.6), Kopitiam (16.3), and Swensen's (15.8)

Meanwhile, in Malaysia, the second highest scorer was Tealive with an index score of 26.8.

This was followed by Secret Recipe (23.3), Marrybrown (23.2), and KFC (23.1).

In sixth place was Pizza Hut with 19.3, followed by Domino's Pizza (19.3), Subway (19.2), Texas Fried Chicken (18.5), and Burger King (16.8). 

YouGov APAC QSR Rankings 2024 ranked brands according to their Index score, calculated by taking the average scores of the following BrandIndex metrics: General Impression, Quality, Value, Corporate Reputation, Customer Satisfaction, and Recommendation.
