What’s new in Pret A Manger’s 2024 Spring menu?

New salads, new drinks, and some returning favourites were announced.

Pret A Manger has announced the release of their spring menu, with new salads, drinks, and some returning favourites.

As the days grow warmer, Pret’s spring recipes include four new salads with innovative flavour combinations. The Chargrilled Pepper & Feta Pasta Salad​ is the only pasta salad in Pret’s entire menu, offering a heartier food-to-go staple. It includes tubetti rigati pasta in a red pepper & cherry tomato sauce, served with chargrilled peppers and roasted tomatoes, on a bed of salad mix with fresh basil, creamy feta, and a pot of Pret’s balsamic dressing.

Pret’s Green Goddess Bowl has crushed herby chickpeas with freshly sliced avocado, brown rice and red quinoa, edamame soya beans and creamy feta. The Petite Super Club Salad is the ultimate classic club sandwich reinvented as a vibrant salad, finished with a pot of Pret's balsamic dressing.​

Returning by popular demand and in line with seasonality, the Salmon & Mango Bowl is back to join the new range of salads.

This year’s Spring menu will include a new satay sauce. Created as a homage to Pret’s Bang Bang sauce, the new satay sauce is set to be a customer favourite and is included across four new options, offering something for everyone.

The bespoke soya and coconut satay sauce is included in Pret’s Chicken Satay Salad served with carrot & mooli slaw and a pot of Pret’s zingy green dressing, the new Thai Style Avo & Slaw Wrap ​and Pret’s Chicken Satay Wrap both wrapped in Pret’s kibbled rye wrap, and the Sweet Chilli Chicken Baguette​ with crunchy cucumber.

Pret is also adding two new drinks alongside its Cooler range which was launched last year. The Raspberry Lemonade Cooler​ is a thirst-quenching iced drink combining the sweet and juicy flavours of ripe raspberries and zingy Sicilian lemon, and the Mango Sunrise Cooler​ is a sunny combination of sweet mango and zesty blood orange.​

Katherine Bagshawe, UK Food & Coffee Director at Pret A Manger said the group is always inspired to create exciting products using global flavours and seasonal ingredients.

  • Pret’s Chicken Satay Salad​ (New) - Sliced British chicken coated in our soya & coconut satay sauce served with carrot & mooli slaw, edamame soya beans, pickled carrot & cabbage, and cucumber. Finished with a sprinkle of mint and a pot of our zingy green dressing.​
  • Chargrilled Pepper & Feta Pasta Salad​ (New) - Tubetti rigati pasta in a red pepper & cherry tomato sauce, served with chargrilled peppers and roasted tomatoes, on a bed of salad mix. Finished with fresh basil, creamy feta, and a pot of Pret’s balsamic dressing.
  • Pret’s Green Goddess Bowl​ (New) - Crushed herby chickpeas with freshly sliced avocado, brown rice and red quinoa, edamame soya beans and creamy feta. Finished with fresh mint, parsley, a slice of lemon and a pot of our zingy green dressing.​
  • Salmon & Mango Bowl​ (I’m back!) - Our lightly roasted salmon served on a bed of salad leaves and crunchy carrot and mooli slaw, with fresh mango, sliced avocado, edamame soya beans, fresh coriander, and pickled onions. Finished with a pot of zingy green dressing.​
  • Petite Super Club Salad​ (New) - British chicken breast coated in our Caesar mayo with beechwood smoked bacon, avocado, baby plum tomatoes, Italian matured cheese and half a free-range boiled egg. Finished with a pot of Pret's balsamic dressing.​
  • Pret’s Chicken Satay Wrap (New) - Sliced British chicken in our soya & coconut satay sauce, with crunchy carrot & mooli slaw, pickled carrot & cabbage, cucumber, spinach, and a dab of mayo. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh coriander. All wrapped in our kibbled rye wrap.​
  • Thai Style Avo & Slaw Wrap (New) - A sweet chilli crunchy carrot & mooli slaw with edamame, avocado and a dab of our soy & coconut satay sauce. Topped with a sprinkle of coriander, finished with crunchy cucumber, spinach and wrapped in our kibbled rye wrap.
  • Sweet Chilli Chicken Baguette​ (New) - British chicken breast coated in our sweet chilli sauce, with a rich soya & coconut satay sauce and crunchy cucumber. Topped with fresh coriander and a sprinkling of sesame seeds, all served on a white baguette.
  • Artichoke Antipasti Baguette​ (Chef’s Special) - Chargrilled artichokes with roasted tomatoes, chargrilled red peppers and red tapenade on our stone baked baguette. Finished with fresh basil and Kalamata olives. All served in our stone baked baguette.
  • Tuna Nicoise Baguette (Chef’s Special) - A classic French recipe recreated in our stone baked baguette. Pole & line caught tuna coated with our Kalamata olive tapenade, and topped with a sliced free-range boiled egg, roasted tomatoes and fresh basil leaves.
  • Chicken & Italian Prosciutto Toastie​ (New) - British chicken breast and Italian Prosciutto, with red tapenade, roasted tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, Italian matured cheese, and fresh basil on our seeded bloomer bread. Ready to be toasted.​
  • Meatless Meatball Hot Wrap​ (I’m in airports!) - A vegan version of our classic Swedish Meatball Hot Wrap, created with meatless meatballs, on a layer of red tapenade, chipotle ketchup and red onions. Topped with red pepper and finished with a sprinkling of crispy onions.​
  • Raspberry & White Chocolate Cookie ​(New) - Freshly baked cookie with white chocolate chunks and raspberry pieces.
  • Peach & Almond Bakewell (Available outside of London) - Crumbly pastry base with a layer of apricot jam, topped with frangipane, baked peaches, and flaked almonds.​
  • Raspberry, Dragon Fruit & Yuzu Juice​ (New) – Dragon Fruit, raspberry and apple juice with a hint of yuzu.​
