Oliver’s changes its plant-based burger’s recipe

The burger features an all-new vegetable patty.

Health-focused QSR Oliver’s is changing the recipe of its signature plant-based burger, The Oli Burger.

The new Oli Burger will have a 100% natural vegetable patty developed in partnership with Yummy Karma, a Sydney-based manufacturer of fresh, 100% natural, gluten-free meals and snacks. The patty is baked and is made with sweet potato, quinoa, herbs and spices. Also on the burger is spiralised zucchini, fresh tomato, green leaves, red cabbage, beetroot hummus and aioli.

The Oli Burger is Oliver’s signature plant-based burger, sitting alongside the Beef Burger and Peri Peri Chicken Burger to complete Oliver’s burger offering.

Oliver’s has 17 restaurants in Australia and serves coffee and breakfast, snacks, drinks, and a full lunch and dinner menu.
