LEON to launch January menu with new build-your-own bowl feature
It will be available on 8 January at all LEON restaurants.
LEON is set to launch its January menu and its new Build Your Own Super Bowls, giving consumers more flexible, customisable options.
With the Build Your Own Super Bowl, customers can start with a superbase made of mixed greens, Middle Eastern-spiced roasted veggies, grains, beans, seeds, and herbs.
After this, they can choose their protein—Paprika Chicken, Chargrilled Chicken, or Falafel—and finish with a choice of dressing: the Firecracker Dressing for a spicy punch or the Golden Goddess Dressing for a creamy, herby finish.
In addition, new in their salads are the Chicken Caesar Salad (£6.99), Paprika Chicken Super Bowl (£7.99), and its power-planted bowl Falafel Super Bowl (£6.99).
LEON is also introducing its new Korean BBQ Pork (£7.99), a pork collar glazed in a gochujang chilli-ginger BBQ sauce and served with brown rice and yuzu pickled cucumbers.
Other menu highlights include the Herby Falafel Wrap (£5.99), Supergreen Falafel Box (£5.99), and Peas ’N’ Seeds (£2.29).
For its breakfast range, new in the choices is the Blueberry, Honey & Toasted Seeds Porridge (£4.29), consisting of organic oats topped with turmeric honey, fresh blueberries, and a 7-seed mix.
Meanwhile, LEON's Golden Glow drinks range now includes a Turmeric series: Turmeric Latte (£4.30), Turmeric Chai Latte (£4.45), Sweet Turmeric & Lemon Booster (£4.30), and Iced Chai Latte (£4.30).
