Gami Chicken launches its first grilled chicken range

This is part of the brand’s strategy to deliver healthier options.

Gami Chicken is introducing three new grilled chicken menu items to complement its existing menu.

The new Chicken Skewer Plate and Farmer’s Chicken Skewers allow diners to savour grilled chicken prepared with three different Korean-inspired gourmet sauces. The range is prepared over open flames, each skewer is brushed and then drizzled with either sweet chili, Gochujang, or sweet mustard sauce, delivering a delectable spectrum of flavours.

Meanwhile, Gami Chicken is also bringing a new Grilled Chicken Burger as an alternative to the popular crispy fillet version, rounding out the new menu update.

The new menu update is part of Gami Chicken’s strategy to have healthier choices on its menu after its sales grew by 172% from June 2023 to December 2023, attributing the increase to its healthier individual menu items.
