It will be available from 24 January to 9 February.

Din Tai Fung unveiled its Lunar New Year menu items, featuring dishes inspired by Huaiyang and Taiwanese culinary traditions.

Menu highlights include Fish Jiao Zi, steamed fish dumplings (4pcs £9.50, 8pcs £18); "Lion’s Head” Pork Meatball Soup, a steamed pork meatball soup with Chinese cabbage (£10.50); Courgette & Prawn Xiao Long Bao (4pcs £9, 8pcs £17); and Prawn & Egg Fried Rice with XO Sauce, wok-fried rice with umami XO sauce (£22).

Moreover, customers can also avail of their two new exclusive drinks: the Golden Twist Cocktail, a twist on the Old Cuban with rum, champagne, and a hint of Laphroaig (£14.50), and the Silk Garden Mocktail, a blend of Everleaf’s Forest aperitif, strawberry, and coconut (£9.50).

Din Tai Fung will also give away 100 free baskets of their Xiao Long Bao and red pockets to diners who will find a hidden golden "Snake Charm" in their dumpling basket.

To participate, diners are required to pair any Lunar New Year drink with a Xiao Long Bao order.
