Côte Brasserie marks National Butcher’s Week with new beef burger

The limited-edition burger combines the chain’s beef bourguignon with its hand-pressed patty.

Côte Brasserie is marking National Butcher’s Week with a limited-time burger promotion.

From 2 to 9 March, all of its UK sites will serve a “Bourguignon Burger," described as a mash-up of the chain’s beef bourguignon and its standard hand-pressed burger.

The limited-time item is priced at £17.

Customers using the Côte app can add a glass of sparkling wine for an extra £3, taking the total to £20.

The promotion also applies to the restaurant’s vegan burger, made with pulled mushroom filling, truffle mayonnaise, caramelised red onion, and pickles in a brioche-style bun, served with fries.

The Bourguignon Burger will also be sold for home consumption for the first time.

Côte at Home will offer a box containing two burgers for £14.95.

The item will also be available for delivery through Deliveroo during the promotion period.
