
Boba Bhai expands to RTD bubble teas, eyes 20% sales from new channels
The canned teas are now live on Blinkit and Zepto, with Instamart expected to follow.
Boba Bhai has entered the multi-channel business, launching its ready-to-drink (RTD) canned bubble teas.
“These canned bubble teas allow us to extend the Boba Bhai experience beyond our QSRs into living room fridges, work pantries, retail shelves, and eventually, global markets,” said Dhruv Kohli, founder of Boba Bhai.
“We see this format contributing nearly 20% of our overall beverage revenue in the next 12 to 15 months,” he added.
These canned teas are now live on Blinkit and Zepto, with Instamart expected to follow.
The drinks are being distributed in more than 70 cities, focusing primarily on major urban markets.
The company operates 57 QSR outlets in nine cities, sells through delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato, and is now expanding into quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and soon Instamart.
Moreover, Boba Bhai is in advanced talks to scale retail distribution across supermarkets, kirana stores, and multiplexes nationwide.
In terms of new products, the brand’s roadmap includes new milk teas, seasonal SKUs, functional beverages, and a K-Coffee range.
In March 2025, Boba Bhai closed its Series A funding round to accelerate product innovation and expansion.
The funding was followed by the launch of its Korea-inspired ice cream line across major cities.
