Oporto unveils Liam Gallagher-inspired meditation to tackle ‘hanger’

Oporto has released “Liam’s Guided Meditation,” an audio piece inspired by Oasis and frontman Liam Gallagher, aimed at helping Australians deal with “hanger.”
The meditation is voiced by radio host and Oasis fan Liam Stapleton and coincides with Oasis’s first Australian tour in two decades.
According to new research by Oporto, about 70% of Australians say they regularly feel hanger, with 42% experiencing it at least once a week.
Most respondents (83%) said eating something quickly solves the problem, whilst 18% said they also turn to things like music or meditation to calm down.
