Costa Coffee to debut first Matcha Latte line nationwide
The coffee chain also unveils seasonal menu and returning favourites.
Costa Coffee will launch its first-ever Matcha Latte line, introduce its winter menu, and other customer favourites across more than 2,800 stores nationwide on 8 January 2026.
“January is about finding small moments of comfort and enjoyment, and that was front of mind when creating this menu – especially our new Matcha range,” Global Food and Beverage Innovation Director at Costa Coffee, Nishant Bhatia, said.
The coffee chain’s new matcha line includes a Hot Matcha Latte, an Iced Matcha Latte, and a Strawberry Coconut Iced Matcha Latte, customisable with milk alternatives and syrups.
It will also introduce its new Spanish Caramelo Latte, which is a twist on its signature Spanish Latte, a returning drink due to popular demand. Both are available in hot or iced.
The Nation’s Favourite coffee shop rolled out the Instant Barista Creations Iced Latte sachets, available in Iced Latte and an Iced Hazelnut Crème, in Tesco stores from 19 January 2026, and in Iceland stores from February, for a limited time.
Costa Express machines across the UK and Ireland will also serve hot and iced beverages, including a limited-edition Pistachio Latte.
Its food menu will also include a new winter option, which includes Onion Bhaji Wrap, Tomato & Basil Soup, Tomato & Mature Cheddar Croissant, and All-Day Breakfast Toastie, along with desserts, such as Banana & Chocolate Muffin, Orange & Raspberry Victoria Sponge, and Berry Crumble Slice.
Snack selections include Iced Gingerbread Biscuits, Fruit & Nut Mix, and Dried Mango.
Costa Coffee is also offering value deals, running from morning to afternoon.
“Alongside it, we’ve added treats to brighten your day, from the sweetness of our Spanish Caramelo Latte to something warm and satisfying like the new Onion Bhaji Wrap - every visit is a little moment of happiness,” Bhatia added.
