Burger King US&C president mans the phone line for guest feedback

Guests can contact him at (305) 874-0520.

Burger King is giving guests a direct line to its US&C president, Tom Curtis, as part of its ongoing effort to use consumer feedback to guide business decisions.

Guests can call or text Curtis at (305) 874-0520 to share thoughts on their Burger King experience. Curtis will personally take as many calls as possible each day, with all messages reviewed and responded to to inform operational, menu, and customer experience decisions.

Burger King has previously leveraged guest input through initiatives such as the Million Dollar Whopper contest and Whopper by You, which allowed fan-submitted creations to reach restaurants nationwide.

The direct-access program is intended to extend that approach, providing real-time feedback to senior leadership.

The initiative will continue later this year with additional members of the BK team engaging with guests, reinforcing the brand’s strategy of using consumer insights to shape offerings and operations.
