Chinese coffee giant Cotti Coffee opens in Australia

It opened a take-away-only outlet in Sydney.

Cotti Coffee has opened its first outlet in Australia, a report by World Coffee Portal said.

The outlet is located in Cabramatta, Sydney and will only operate as take-away only.

Cotti Coffee is a Chinese coffee brand chain with over 6,000 outlets, the majority of which are in China. It was founded in 2022 by former Luckin Coffee executives Charles Lu and Jenny Qian.

Cotti Coffee will be offering its standard espresso-based menu alongside flavours popular in China like the Rice Milk and Blue Pampas series. Standard pricing is $4 for a long black whilst lattes are around $7.

The Australian opening follows openings in Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia.
