Chopstix, Fluffy Fluffy set for regional debuts at centre:mk

Fluffy Fluffy will occupy 1,548 sq ft on Silbury Boulevard, with Chopstix taking 3,323 sq ft on Silbury Arcade.

Pancake and dessert café Fluffy Fluffy and Asian-inspired quick-service restaurant Chopstix are set to open at centre:mk in Milton Keynes, marking regional firsts for both brands.

Fluffy Fluffy will take a 1,548 sq ft unit on Silbury Boulevard, next to Costa Coffee.

The café will feature an open kitchen, allowing customers to see food being prepared, with a menu including croffles, sandos, and savoury brunch dishes aimed at all-day dining, lunchtime visits, and takeaway customers.

Chopstix will occupy a 3,323 sq ft space on Silbury Arcade, beside TK Maxx, adding to the centre’s line-up of Asian food operators, including Pho and Wagamama.

The openings follow the announcement that Swiss chocolatier Lindt will launch a new concept store at centre:mk. The 1,670 sq ft store will be located on Silbury Arcade.
