Pappa Flock refreshes Parramatta restaurant with new visuals
It will include a new self-serve condiment station.
Pappa Flock has relaunched its first restaurant in Parramatta with new fit-outs and updated visuals.
The Australian chicken chain first opened its restaurant in 2023 and has since expanded to 12 restaurants across two states with over 500 employees.
The new fitout will introduce the brand’s new ‘Flavour Up’ condiments station. The self-service station will be stocked with pickles and sauces without additional charges.
The restaurant features the brand's now-iconic disco balls and a custom mural from local artist Brent Smith. It will also include the ‘Crunch of Fame’ floor, which will honour the original crew, Vill, CJ, Shaamal, Laura, Chell, and Taylan, that has been with the restaurant since its first opening by permanently adding their names to the decor.
“Pappa Flock wouldn't be the success it is without Parramatta. This reopening is about celebrating a homegrown business with the locals who supported it from day one,” said Rachel Korbel, chief marketing officer at Pappa Flock.
The refreshed restaurant opens on 17 April, with Pappa Flock launching an exclusive consumer activation, offering 50% off the entire menu for one day.
Adding to the celebrations, local NRL legends and podcast hosts, Willie Mason and Justin Horo, will be on-site between 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM to meet fans, serve some chicken and join the festivities.
