Shrimp & Co opens in Brixton amidst ongoing UK rollout
The opening marks the brand’s next stage of expansion.
Shrimp & Co has opened a new branch in Brixton, its fourth location in less than a year.
The restaurant is at 207 Ferndale Road, London SW9.
The brand already operates in cities such as Leicester and Birmingham, where it has built a customer base around its menu and group-focused dining setup.
Three sites were launched within a 90-day period during its initial rollout. The Brixton opening marks the next stage of its expansion.
The menu focuses on seafood boils, grilled dishes, and sharing platters. Whilst boils remain central, the offering also includes grilled items and mixed plates intended for groups.
Diners can adjust sauces and spice levels as part of the ordering process.
Further openings are planned for 2026 as the company looks to expand its footprint across the UK.
