Bill’s bets big on Stratford with largest UK site in a decade
The opening comes as the business hits strong growth.
Bill’s is set to open its 49th UK restaurant on 4 March at Westfield Stratford City.
The opening comes amidst a period of strong growth for the business and marks the brand’s biggest expansion in over ten years.
Moreover, this launch follows recent moves into new formats, including the chain’s first airport site at Heathrow Terminal 2, indicating continued momentum ahead of its 25th anniversary in 2026.
Over the past three years, profits have doubled, with EBITDA rising to £11.3m in FY24.
The chain has recorded four consecutive years of both cover growth and like-for-like sales increases, surpassing £100m in annual sales in 2025, whilst also seeing improvements in guest satisfaction across its locations.
