Eggslut to open first Manchester site in January
The opening marks the brand’s first step outside the capital.
Eggslut is set to open a new location in Manchester at the end of January.
The restaurant will be based in Centurion House on Deansgate.
The Manchester menu will follow the brand’s familiar focus on eggs, featuring items such as the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, the Pork Romesco with crispy pork belly and over-easy egg, and longstanding favourites like the Fairfax—scrambled eggs with caramelised onions, cheddar, chives, and sriracha mayo on a brioche bun—and Truffle Hash Browns.
A new addition for Manchester will be French Toast Sticks: thick-cut brioche coated in egg wash, fried, rolled in cinnamon sugar and served with maple custard.
Drinks will include a special coffee blend by Kiss The Hippo, fresh orange juice, cold brew coffee, and matcha.
The restaurant will also offer catering, featuring mini sliders designed for offices, shoots, meetings, and events, part of a catering push the brand began in 2025.
Eggslut first entered the UK at Taste of London in 2019 and opened its first permanent location on Portobello Road later that year.
Since then, it has expanded across London with sites in Fitzrovia, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Stratford, Market Halls Victoria, and Canary Wharf.
The Manchester opening marks the brand’s first step outside the capital.
