McDonald’s KSA shifts to local poultry supply chain with Tanmiah deal
The move aligns with Vision 2030’s goal to boost local industry and cut import reliance.
McDonald’s Saudi Arabia has tapped Tanmiah Food Company as its new local poultry supplier, shifting part of its supply chain to a domestic producer.
The move supports the government's Vision 2030 initiative, which aims to boost local industry and reduce reliance on imports.
“This partnership with Tanmiah is a testament to our shared commitment to localising poultry production… and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability across every stage of our supply chain,” said Prince Majed Fahed Al Saud, co-CEO of McDonald’s Saudi Arabia.
