Piccolo Me parent acquires Sol Bowl

The group plans to introduce a co-branding experience with Piccolo Me.

FABE: Food and Beverage Enterprises (FABE) has acquired fast-casual dining brand Sol Bowl and plans to open five sites before the end of the year.

FABE is the F&B group established by the founders of Piccolo Me. Its portfolio includes the Go Dark Virtual Brands and Munchiverse.

Founded by the visionary Lilly Semaan, Sol Bowl is a fast-casual dining brand specialising in wholesome smoothie bowls, Acai, superfood smoothies, toast toppers, raw slices and beverages.

FABE said they plan to expand Sol Bowl locally and internationally, eyeing 100 outlets. Additionally, they are planning to explore co-branding opportunities by bringing together Sol Bowl’s menu with Piccolo Me’s offering in shared locations to create a unique dining experience.

Lilly Semaan will remain as the Director of Operations and will continue to be heavily involved in the day-to-day business, ensuring that the essence and quality of Sol Bowl are maintained as the brand grows.

The group has yet to announce the locations for the new Sol Bowls outlets.
