Popeyes UK joins world’s happiest workplaces list 2026

The chain is in the top 15% of over 120,000 applicants worldwide.

Popeyes has been named to the 2026 World’s Happiest Workplaces list.

The recognition, which highlights organisations with positive employee experiences and workplace culture, placed Popeyes UK in the top 15% of over 120,000 applicants worldwide.

The evaluation included a detailed survey of the company and its employees, based on WorkL’s Six Steps to Workplace Happiness, which measures well-being, job satisfaction, reward and recognition, information sharing, empowerment, and instilling pride.

Since entering the UK market in November 2021, Popeyes has grown to over 3,500 employees.

In 2025, the company opened nearly 50 new restaurants and plans further expansion in 2026.
