Elangeni Hospitality Group strengthens board with new appointments

The group plans to add 12 sites in the next 18 months.

Elangeni Hospitality Group has welcomed industry veteran Bruce Isaacs as a non-executive director and will be working alongside founder Michael Pearson to drive the growth of both the Benito’s and the group’s newest brand Slice & Dice.

Isaacs will be joined by serial restaurateur Amit Joshi as a non-exec. Joshi invested in and helped develop the Slice & Dice brand with Pearson and will also be taking a wider group remit.

EHG has a further 12 stores in its growth pipeline over the next 18 months, with two additional Benito’s stores planned to open before the end of 2024. The new stores are a combination of company-owned and franchised operations.
