Tim Hortons operator raises £26.7m as UK&I deal runs to 2045
The company plans to expand by replicating its top-performing sites.
Tim Hortons’ UK and Ireland (UK&I) operator and an affiliate of Restaurant Brands International have extended their master franchise development agreement through 2045.
The UK&I business has also raised £26.7m in new equity to support operations and future expansion across both markets.
The extension follows a year of sales growth in 2025.
System sales reached £105m, up from £99m in 2024, whilst like-for-like sales at existing locations rose 9%.
Over the Christmas period, comparable sales increased 10% year-on-year.
The company currently runs 69 outlets in the UK and says future expansion will focus on replicating the features of its best-performing stores as it plans further growth in the market.
