SushiDog to open first Midlands restaurant in Birmingham’s Bullring

The new kiosk-style site will include a space for about 25 diners.

SushiDog is set to open a new site in Birmingham’s Bullring in January 2026, marking the brand’s first location in the Midlands.

The kiosk-style venue, set on the shopping centre’s upper level, will include space for about 25 diners and offer both eat-in and takeaway options.

The design will mirror SushiDog’s usual bright, casual style.

Founded in London in 2018, SushiDog serves sushi-inspired wraps, bowls, and salads, offering a quick and customisable take on traditional Japanese flavours.
