HOP Vietnamese returns to expansion
The chain also plans to open four more UK sites by 2026.
HOP Vietnamese will open a new restaurant in King’s Cross on 24 November, expanding its UK network to six locations, returning to expansion two years after its last restaurant opening.
The 3,000-square-foot site will seat 52 people across two floors and marks the debut of a refreshed look for the brand, featuring interiors inspired by Vietnamese culture.
Customers can place orders using self-service kiosks or by scanning a QR code at their tables.
HOP plans to add four more restaurants across the UK by the end of 2026.
