Shake Shack UK logs 35 tonnes of regenerative flour use
The chain is amongst the first UK casual dining brands to adopt the ingredient at scale.
Shake Shack UK has used more than 35 tonnes of Wildfarmed flour since 2025 as part of its partnership with Wildfarmed, which introduced regenerative wheat flour into its burger buns across the UK.
The initiative, now a year on, means Shake Shack UK continues to use regeneratively farmed flour in its buns, placing it amongst the first casual dining chains in the UK to adopt the ingredient at scale.
The flour comes from UK-grown wheat produced using regenerative agriculture practices aimed at improving soil health, supporting biodiversity, reducing water pollution, and cutting carbon emissions by changing how land is farmed.
